Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years' sales leadership experience.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the year and operate in a fast-paced field team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop branch leadership and sales reps to drive regional revenue.
