Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Business Development Manager, Workforce Solutions, to drive regional growth across the EWS portfolio, including contract labor, permanent placement, education, and remote imaging solutions like WeScan and remote 3D post-processing.

You will work with hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, MSP/VMS partners, and internal teams to develop market strategies, opportunities, and proposals, while ensuring compliance and aligning staffing with clinical needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years BD in medical imaging or healthcare staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical services.
• Experience with MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing.
• Identify regional market segments, customer channels, and go-to-market strategies for the EWS portfolio.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote imaging services.
• Support revenue growth, margin, forecasting, and expense discipline with business and finance partners.
• Build relationships with health systems, hospitals, imaging providers, MSP/VMS organizations, and strategic accounts.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the regional BD resource for Siemens Healthineers sales teams, shaping proposals and client conversations.
• Pursue opportunities across contract labor, permanent placement, remote scanning, remote 3D post-processing, education, and outsourcing.
• Analyze market trends and staffing needs to position EWS remote imaging and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, HR, compliance, education, and commercial leadership.
• Influence stakeholders across a large matrixed organization.
• Support regional account planning, national account strategies, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Track regional pipeline, proposals, and market feedback to inform commercial planning.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance standards and company policies.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Support urgent client needs after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Prepare business cases, market intelligence, and executive recommendations.
