Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization; strong imaging operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce and remote imaging solutions.
• Identify regional market segments and go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote imaging services.
• Support revenue growth, forecasting, and expense discipline with business and finance partners.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, HR, and leadership to guide growth.
