Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Business Development Manager, Workforce Solutions to drive regional growth across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing. You will support regional sales teams and partners, shaping proposals and expanding market presence.

The role requires 10+ years in medical imaging or healthcare staffing, strong consultative selling, and the ability to navigate a large matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of imaging operations and the workforce challenges facing imaging providers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing.
• Identify regional market segments, customer channels, and go-to-market strategies that grow the EWS portfolio.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses for remote services support revenue growth, forecasting, and expense discipline.
• Build relationships with health systems, hospitals, imaging providers, MSP/VMS organizations, and strategic accounts.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the regional BD resource for Siemens Healthineers sales teams, helping identify EWS opportunities, shape proposals, and support client conversations.
• Pursue opportunities across contract labor, permanent placement, remote scanning, remote 3D post-processing, education, and outsourcing.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, HR, compliance, education, and commercial leadership.
