Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions (EWS) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across its portfolio, including contract labor, permanent placement, education and training, and remote imaging services.

You will support regional sales teams and partners to expand market presence and accelerate adoption of EWS offerings, while aligning workforce and imaging capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization with understanding of imaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing.
• Identify regional market segments, customer channels, and go-to-market strategies that grow the EWS portfolio.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote imaging services.
• Support revenue growth, margin, forecasting, and expense discipline with business and finance partners.
• Build relationships with health systems, hospitals, imaging providers, MSP/VMS organizations, and strategic accounts.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Represent the regional BD resource for sales teams, helping identify EWS opportunities and shape proposals.
• Pursue opportunities across contract labor, permanent placement, remote scanning, remote 3D post-processing, education, and outsourcing.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, HR, compliance, education, and commercial leadership.
