Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Business Development Manager for Education and Workforce Solutions (EWS) to drive regional growth, engage clients, and accelerate adoption of remote imaging and workforce offerings across hospitals and health systems in the assigned region.

The role focuses on strategic planning, market analysis, and proposal support within a large matrix organization, with travel up to 50% and collaboration across legal, finance, HR, and commercial leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing.
Identify regional market segments, customer channels, and go-to-market strategies that grow the EWS portfolio.
Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote imaging services and staffing.
Support revenue growth, margin, forecasting, and expense discipline with business and finance partners.
Build relationships with health systems, hospitals, imaging providers, MSP/VMS organizations, and strategic accounts.
Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
