Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization and understand imaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce and remote imaging.
• Identify regional market segments and go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Support revenue growth, forecasting, and expense discipline with partners.
• Develop partner strategies and sales enablement tools.
• Pursue opportunities across contract labor, permanent placement, and education services.
• Track regional pipeline, proposals, and market feedback for planning.
