Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role focused on healthcare imaging services, including remote scanning and 3D post-processing. You will shape GTM strategy, open new markets, and deepen health system relationships across the region.

The role collaborates with internal teams on pricing, enablement, and contracts to support expansion and commercial planning. Strong BD leadership in medical imaging is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging or healthcare workforce solutions.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, and commercial planning.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.
• Solid understanding of advanced imaging technologies and remote workflows.
• Clinical imaging technologist background in MRI or CT required.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will drive regional growth for a healthcare services portfolio focused on advanced imaging and remote clinical support. The position will shape go-to-market strategy, open new market opportunities, and deepen relationships with health systems and strategic accounts. It will also partner closely with internal stakeholders on commercial planning, pricing, enablement, and contract execution to support expansion across the region.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,460 – $169,752 annually
