Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, permanent placement, remote services, education, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of imaging operations and workforce challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, education, WeScan remote scanning, and remote 3D post-processing.
• Identify regional market segments, customer channels, and go-to-market strategies that grow the EWS portfolio.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote services.
• Support revenue growth, margin, forecasting, and expense discipline with business and finance partners.
• Build relationships with health systems, hospitals, imaging providers, MSP/VMS organizations, and strategic accounts.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the regional BD resource for Siemens Healthineers sales teams, helping identify EWS opportunities and support client conversations.
• Pursue opportunities across contract labor, permanent placement, remote imaging, and education.
