Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Business Development Manager for Education and Workforce Solutions to drive regional growth across hospitals, imaging centers, and providers. You will align workforce, education, and remote imaging offerings with client needs, while supporting regional sales teams and partners.

The role requires deep healthcare workforce and imaging experience, consultative selling skills, and capacity to operate in a large, matrixed organization. 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development in medical imaging or staffing.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical services.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, remote services and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio, including workforce, WeScan, and remote imaging.
• Identify regional market segments and go-to-market strategies for the EWS portfolio.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis for remote imaging solutions.
• Support revenue growth, forecasting, and expense discipline with partners.
