Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive regional growth, expand market presence, and support sales teams across hospitals, imaging centers, and health systems. Responsibilities include strategic planning, channel enablement, and client engagements for contract labor, remote scanning, and education services.

The role requires deep knowledge of imaging operations and workforce challenges, strong leadership and negotiation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical imaging or healthcare workforce/business development.
• Proven success selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical services.
• Knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, and outsourcing models.
• Experience with pricing, proposals, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Ability to influence in a large matrixed organization; imaging operations understanding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+.
• Understanding of advanced imaging technologies, remote scanning, and 3D post-processing.
• Knowledge of remote imaging delivery and client implementation.
• Clinical imaging technologist (MRI/CT) background required.
• Able to work after-hours/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across the EWS portfolio including workforce and remote imaging services.
• Identify market segments and go-to-market strategies to grow the EWS portfolio.
• Support revenue growth, forecasting, and expense discipline with partners.
• Develop partner strategies, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
