Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business in a defined geographic territory. This field-based role focuses on acquiring mid-market customers and managing post-acquisition accounts for a smooth transition to Account Management.

The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and travel to client sites within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex region. Remote work is available with regional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of targets.
• Hunter mentality with prospecting and closing new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
