Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business in a multi-state territory. This remote role requires traveling to client sites in the Oklahoma region, building relationships and closing deals with mid-market customers.

You will own the full sales cycle, coordinate with marketing and the quoting team, and transition accounts to management after the initial year. A hunter mindset and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of B2B field sales or new business development experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Hunter sales approach with the drive to prospect and close new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including some national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
