Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging, a leader in digital printing-based packaging solutions, seeks a Regional Sales Executive to acquire new mid-market customers within a defined territory. This remote role requires travel within the Denver metro region and surrounding states, with responsibility to manage accounts for one year before transition.

The candidate will own the full sales cycle, build partnerships, and collaborate with lead generation to drive growth in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customers.
