Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in the Dallas area is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle, prospect new mid-market customers, and manage regional growth. You will travel within the territory and work remotely while partnering with cross-functional teams to close deals and transition accounts to management.

The role emphasizes hunter sales, pipeline building, and strategic account planning, with a goal of expanding ePac’s footprint across a defined geographic region.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a track record of hitting targets.
• Results oriented with a strong hunter drive and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person meetings.
