Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to grow new logo accounts within a defined territory and manage post-sale accounts for one year before transitioning to an Account Manager.

The role is remote but restricted to the Denver metro area with travel to client sites; a strong hunter mentality and demonstrated B2B sales success are essential. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Proven hunter sales skills and ability to prospect and close.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customers.
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Prepare pricing and estimates using quoting tools.
• Represent ePac at trade shows and client events.
• Aim to consistently achieve pipeline, new business, and revenue growth.
