Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Mid Market Regional Sales Executive to drive new business in the Southeast region. This remote role covers a 120-mile territory with travel to client sites, engaging local prospects and closing new mid-market accounts with tailored packaging solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and collaborate with lead generation and account managers. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales are preferred, with a proven hunting mindset

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
• Results oriented with a hunter sales approach and a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new Strata 2 customers in an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to identify high-potential local prospects.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Manage the negotiation and closing process for new mid-market accounts.
• Enter customer information and updates into Salesforce.
• Attend relevant trade shows and participate in cross-selling opportunities.
