Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for a remote position limited to the Denver metro area. You will own the full sales cycle, build a regional pipeline, and close new mid-market accounts while transitioning accounts to an Account Manager after one year.

Limited travel to client sites within the territory is required. The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and strategic account planning to expand ePac's footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customers.
