Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition across a multi-state territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop territory plans, and build a robust pipeline with outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.

Travel extensively within the assigned region and manage accounts before handing off to an Account Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
Strong hunter mindset with a drive to prospect and close new business.
CPG industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and meetings.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present solutions.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to Account Management.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and prep pricing estimates.
