Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in a defined geographic territory. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with key decision-makers, and coordinate with the lead generation team to expand ePac's footprint in the region.

This remote role requires travel to client sites within the territory and occasional national accounts. The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business while ensuring a smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Hunter mentality with prospecting and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers and grow accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings, understand needs, and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and exceptional support.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
