Applied General Agency is seeking an Account Manager to develop a territory and grow our Medicare-focused network by recruiting, contracting, onboarding, and business development for agents and agency partners. The role involves national travel to events and close collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, manage multiple agents, and excel in organization as well as presentation, with the ability to work in-office or remotely while meeting performance

Formación

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong organizational & follow through skills.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
• Ability to carry up to 40lbs and move and bend as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and travel to events across the country.
• Recruit new agents and agencies (min 9 per month).
• Onboard carrier contracts for agents and agencies.
• Maintain relationships with agents and agencies.
• Record activity in internal system and report as needed.
• Answer calls and emails within 24 hours.
• Stay within budget for events/trainings/recruiting.
• Participate in weekly Sales Manager meetings.
