Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, retain existing accounts, and drive insurance sales nationwide from a remote/field-based role. You will travel to facilities, manage key accounts, and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to meet objectives.

The role requires overnight travel within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to obtain health and life insurance licenses.

Qualifications

• Requires strong client-facing skills and initiative.
• Experience in senior living, sales, or life/health insurance is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel within the territory.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing facilities by maintaining quarterly visits and identifying needs.
• Contribute to strategic plans with marketing and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities by analyzing market and competitor data.
• Maintain promotional materials and coordinate with marketing on campaigns.
• Plan meetings and participate in trade shows and territory events.
• Protect confidential information and uphold company values.
