Integrity Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage a territory across the United States. This remote opportunity supports agents and agencies, travels to events, and partners with carrier relationships.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding agents, expanding business, conducting trainings, and maintaining timely communication. The role combines remote work with field activity and requires strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
• Ability to carry up to 40lbs and move and bend as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Attend and travel to events throughout the country.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with agents and agencies.
• Visit agencies nationally and record activity in the system.
• Recruit new agents and agencies, minimum of 9 per month.
• Follow up on onboarding of carrier contracts for agents/agencies.
• Agent support/management and calendar oversight.
• Attend all weekly meetings with Sales Manager and team.
• Track agent interactions in the internal system.
• Expedite responding to calls; follow up within 24 hours.
• Stay within budget for events, trainings, recruiting.
• Reporting pulled as necessary.
