Integrity Marketing Group is seeking an Account Manager to develop a territory, recruit and onboard agents, and drive business with agency partners nationwide. The role involves traveling to events, maintaining relationships, and managing onboarding of carrier contracts for agents and agencies.

Formación

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational & follow-through skills.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
• Ability to carry up to 40lbs and move and bend as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and travel to events throughout the country (Carrier, Medical Group, Recruiting and AEP Readiness).
• Assist in maintaining relationships with agents and agencies in your assignment.
• Visit agencies nationally as requested and log activity in internal systems.
• Recruit new agents and agencies, minimum of 9 agents per month.
• Follow up and track onboarding of carrier contracts for agents and agencies.
• Agent support/management and calendar oversight to ensure quality of support.
• Attend weekly meetings with Sales Manager and team.
