Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college is preferred.
• 1-3 years in Auto and/or Workers' Compensation, Medical Claims, Independent Medical Exam and Peer Review account management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contact for assigned book of business to ensure products, services and workflows meet client expectations.
• Monitor contract compliance with Operations and spearhead issue resolution.
• Work with Business Development to seek product expansion opportunities.
