Metropolis is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support a regional territory, drive net-new business, and expand our presence in AI and computer vision across parking and related real estate sectors.

You will build relationships, run discovery sessions, demos, and proposals, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal to align with business goals. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles.
• Experience selling into asset managers or real estate partners.
• Ability to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Proficient with sales tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop net-new opportunities across multiple channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via discovery calls.
• Lead client discovery sessions, demos, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with executives to manage client portfolios and handoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on underwriting and modeling.
• Maintain clean Salesforce pipeline and track activity.
• Hit activity targets and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop account strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Master buyer personas and industry trends for strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and book meetings with buyers.
