Job summary

Metropolis in Charleston is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive net-new business for a regional territory, leveraging relationships and a consultative sales approach to grow our client base in parking, mobility, and real estate solutions.

The role involves discovery sessions, product demos, and collaboration with marketing, operations, and legal teams. On-site four days a week, with a base salary range and strong total compensation potential based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles
• Experience selling into real estate partners or proptech industries is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to create new relationships and accelerate deal velocity
• Data-literate with experience in pipeline management and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new business opportunities via multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and sales presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on underwriting and financial modeling
• Maintain accurate data and deal context in Salesforce/CRM
• Hit activity and pipeline development targets
• Develop account strategies and outreach initiatives to engage potential clients
