Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team in the San Francisco area, supporting a regional territory and driving net-new business for our AI and computer vision platform.

You will build relationships, deliver product demos, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal to align on deals, while four days in the office weekly. Experience with asset managers or real estate partners and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles in related industries.
• Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships and generate opportunities to accelerate deal velocity.
• Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead-gen channels.
• Execute consultative sales to qualify inbound and outbound leads via discovery calls.
• Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and sales presentations with supporting docs.
• Partner with AEs and leadership to manage client portfolios and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal) on underwriting and financial modeling.
• Maintain accurate data and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce/CRM.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and drive consistent activity.
