Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions, or verifiable ability.
• MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field; certification in some areas.
• Prefer 3-4 years in medical devices, biotechnology, or tissue healthcare segments.
• Experience in high-growth organisations and building relationships that fueled growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals across product and tissue offerings.
• Identify, define, and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Deliver presentations to customers and prospects on company products and usages.
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues following policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with reimbursement team to support prescribing physicians and billing.
• Provide accurate reporting and territory forecasts and maintain market knowledge.
• Utilize clinical studies to advance customer knowledge of product outcomes.
• Establish territory plans for short- and long-term revenue growth.
