NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the full pre-sales cycle for SLED accounts, shaping engagement, architecture, and proofs-of-concept across state and local government and education sectors.

The role is hybrid remote with ~30% travel, collaborating with Account Executives to drive public sector growth and build scalable, repeatable playbooks and assets for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering or similar
• Experience supporting enterprise SLED customers
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Deep IT ops knowledge in public sector environments
• Familiarity with procurement and compliance in SLED contexts

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth.
• Partner with Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value across large public environments.
• Support alignment of technical content in RFPs/RFIs with subject-matter input.
• Build reusable technical assets and demos to scale the AE-to-SE model.
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education-focused events.
