Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS pre-sales/solutions architecture supporting enterprise SLED
• Experience with IT operations at scale in government or education environments
• Ability to tailor messaging for administrators, technical staff, and leadership
• Deep domain knowledge in IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts—from discovery to POC and implementation
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive public sector growth and align technical value to goals
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and long-term adoption
• Support RFP/RFI content with subject matter expertise and compliance insight
• Contribute to roadmaps by surfacing SLED feedback and identifying feature gaps
• Build reusable technical assets: lab environments, demo flows, scripts to scale the AE-to-SE model
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education events and customer forums
• Help shape the Enterprise SE function as a founding team member
