NinjaOne seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead the full pre-sales technical experience for State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts. You will own discovery, architecture, demos, and proof-of-concept stages, partnering with Account Executives to drive public sector growth and align technical value with agency goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise SLED customers.
• Experience working with IT operations in government or education environments.
• Ability to tailor messaging for administrators, technical staff, and agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts, guiding through evaluation, demos, architecture, and proof-of-concept stages.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth and align technical value to agency goals.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption across distributed public environments.
• Support review and alignment of technical content within RFPs/RFIs with SME insight.
• Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product to surface feedback and influence roadmap.
