Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead the full technical sales cycle for SLED and enterprise accounts in the U.S. You will craft architectures, deliver compelling demos, and align technical value with agency goals, partnering with AE leadership to scale public sector growth.

You will develop repeatable assets, collaborate across teams, and represent NinjaOne at government and education events. Strong IT ops knowledge and procurement insight are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering or technical consulting role for enterprise SLED customers.
• Experience with IT operations in government/education environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms in public sector.
• Understanding procurement processes and compliance considerations.
• Certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, Security+, cloud).

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts—from evaluation to proof-of-concept and implementation.
• Collaborate with Account Execs and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth and align technical value to agency goals.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and adoption across large, distributed environments.
• Support review and alignment of technical content in RFPs/RFIs with SME input only.
• Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product to surface feedback and influence roadmap.
• Build reusable technical assets: lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts for scalable AE-to-SE model.
