Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the full pre-sales cycle for SLED and enterprise accounts, including discovery, architecture, demos, and proof-of-concept. You’ll build playbooks and scalable assets with cross-functional partners to drive public sector growth.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, onboarding, and Customer Success to shorten time-to-value, ensure adoption, and influence product roadmap with public sector feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering or technical consulting role
• Experience supporting enterprise SLED customers is a plus
• Ability to design architectures and respond to RFPs/RFIs with compliance insight

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value
• Review and align technical content within RFPs and RFIs
• Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product and influence roadmap
• Build and maintain reusable technical assets for scalable AE-to-SE model
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education events
• Help shape the Enterprise SE function as a founding team member
• Other duties as assigned
