Samsara Inc. is seeking a Specialist Seller for Connected Maintenance in the Public Sector.

This remote role supports US-based candidates and focuses on driving growth across Pub Sec accounts with an emphasis on early adoption and executive engagement. Responsibilities include co-developing the product pipeline, leading pilot strategies, owning executive-level discovery, and partnering with GTM and Product to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex, full-cycle enterprise solution sales.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions.
• Experience working with line of business stakeholders in SLED/Government entities.
• Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong customer instincts.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Co‑develop an emerging product pipeline with AEs across major Pub Sec accounts.
• Drive pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption.
• Own executive‑level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs.
• Partner with GTM and Product to feed back insights and shape roadmap.
• Develop Executive‑Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Drive Maintenance sales cycles end‑to‑end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution‑based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Build frameworks, assets, and insights that scale across the sales org.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
