Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional for Public Sector to deploy and optimize our IoT solutions for state and local governments, K-12 districts, and universities. This remote US role partners with Sales, Support, and Product to drive adoption and value.

In this role you will manage deployments, create launch plans, track progress, and train executives and day-to-day users while embodying Samsara’s culture and growth mindset across offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience working with technical products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solutions orientation.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, product and engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
• High initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time-to-value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
