Job summary

Samsara, a pioneer in Connected Operations, seeks a Senior Customer Success professional for our Public Sector team. You will own government customer relationships, drive deployments, and coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure successful adoption of our IoT solutions.

This is a remote role across the US with travel up to 10%. You will champion Samsara’s customer-first principles, work with executives, and mentor the broader CS and Support teams in a fast-growing, inclusive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success or account management role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution; PMP certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time-to-value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and daily users.
