Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant for the Public Sector to enable state, local, and education customers to deploy and adopt the IoT platform.

This remote role supports US-based public sector accounts, collaborating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive successful deployments and adoption. You’ll manage multi‑stakeholder relationships, create launch plans, track progress, and deliver trainings for executives and end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and enable quick value realization.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run trainings and demonstrations for executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
