Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to own and expand relationships with Enterprise Public Sector customers across state, city, and education segments. You will lead deployments of the IoT platform, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver measurable value.

You will operate in a fast-growing, remote-ready environment within the US, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and end users.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when resolving issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and ensure quick time to value.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology across multiple use cases.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams and share best practices.
• Explain Samsara’s platform capabilities to customers of all types.
