Samsara is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success professional to lead initiatives with public sector clients across state, city, and local government, plus K12 education. You’ll own relationships, guide deployments, and drive value with Samsara’s IoT platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product, along with delivering training, managing adoption, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong communication with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation, product adoption and account health.
• Run trainings and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams.
