Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety customers. You will engage emergency dispatch centers, guide procurement cycles, and develop relationships with city and county decision-makers.

The role requires navigating highly regulated environments, up to 50% travel, and a base salary range of $65,000–$95,000 USD with substantial on-target earnings.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience OR 4+ years of experience in the same fields.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Understand client goals and design modern security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Conduct needs assessments regarding analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Deliver live demonstrations of software capabilities including incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand system revenue.
