Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward resilient, modern dispatch operations.

You will manage complex engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and collaborate with partners to position integrated security offerings with a focus on RaaS contracts and scalable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales/public safety.
• 4+ years experience in sales/public safety acceptable for alternative track.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, municipalities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Attain or exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales efforts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Design security solutions addressing client goals and risk.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and procurement teams.
• Lead NG911 and multiprovider migrations for customers.
• Respond to formal bids (RFPs/RFQs) end-to-end.
• Coordinate with major radio/telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Deliver live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand systems.
