Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations and long-term RaaS contracts.

Travel up to 50% within the territory; target base salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 USD with on-target earnings of $117,000 to $171,000 USD, reflecting a services-led, regional sales role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• OR 4+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• Industry experience: 1+ years selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred
• Technical acumen in P25, SIP/VoIP, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment and transparent revenue results.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead multi-faceted sales cycles.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Identify client goals and design modern security solutions.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
