Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics within emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs, IT managers, and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations.

You will lead complex engagements across procurement cycles, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue through RaaS contracts while traveling up to 50% in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry experience selling technology directly to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Technical acumen: P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards.
• CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Strategic account penetration: Target new logos and lead complex sales engagements.
• Pipeline forecasting: Maintain Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
