Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Provider Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of primary care partners and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant. You will build trusted relationships, coordinate onboarding, and guide practices toward higher platform utilization.

Travel up to 75% is required to support providers. Your work will influence physician workflows, improve patient outcomes, and advance value-based care across the network.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of provider engagement or healthcare account management experience.
• Strong ability to drive provider adoption and retention in value-based care programs.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication across clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage provider relationships to drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
• Support provider onboarding and training with in-office workflows.
• Optimize provider success and retention through structured engagement plans.
