Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations through effective training programs. You will deliver in-person and virtual sessions, manage LMS administration, and refine training materials in collaboration with stakeholders to support new acquisitions and openings.

Travel up to 50% and hands-on training on core property management systems (CRM, PowerBI, P2P, ServiceNow, LeaseTrack, MIQ) will be required, with a focus on driving performance and employee

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in in-person and virtual training or instructional design within multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• Experience with LMS or CMS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, multi-format training (in-person, virtual, self-paced).
• Manage training administration: scheduling, registrations, facilities, records.
• Support acquisitions and new property openings with onboarding and training.
• Develop and refresh training materials with Instructional Designer.
• Build relationships with Regional Leaders and Property Managers to align training with goals.
• Lead onboarding training for new Property Managers and oversee core systems training (CRM, PowerBI, P2P, ServiceNow, LeaseTrack, MIQ).
• Track training progress and provide coaching feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Training, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, Real Estate, or Related Field
