Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Learning Consultant to design and deliver impactful training for property teams. You will lead classes in person and virtually, coach managers, and partner with regional leaders to align programs with business goals.

Expect heavy LMS administration, data reporting with PowerBI, and support for acquisitions and openings. You will develop materials with instructional designers, track progress, and drive continuous improvement, including onboarding

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design in multifamily real estate or hospitality.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• Experience developing training materials and standardized learning processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee training administration: scheduling, enrollment, and facilities.
• Deliver engaging training across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Cover topics: sales, service, KPIs, and performance coaching for property success.
• Lead coaching and leadership techniques and training delivery.
• Maintain LMS records, enrollments, and training histories.
• Support onboarding for new Property Managers, including Week 2 plan and system training.
