Job summary

LyvWell Apartments seeks a Learning Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize training across our properties. You will work with regional leaders and property managers to implement programs that improve performance, onboarding, and system utilization.

You will lead both in-person and virtual sessions, manage LMS records, and support new property openings with targeted training materials. Strong experience in multifamily real estate training is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Background in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations is preferred.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training programs across multiple formats, including self-paced learning.
• Manage LMS administration: enrollments, tracking, and records.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with onboarding and tailored training.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders and designers.
• Build partnerships with regional leaders and property teams to align training with goals.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding training for new Property Managers and track completion.
