Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations by developing and delivering training programs. You will lead sessions in person and virtually, tailoring content for individuals and teams, and collaborate to refine materials for acquisitions and new openings.

You will work with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals, coach employees, manage LMS activities, and track KPIs to drive performance across multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Training, HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development in multifamily real estate or hospitality.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance.
• Proficiency with LMS and training technologies such as CRM, PowerBI, ServiceNow, LeaseTrack, and MIQ.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training administration and schedule courses across formats.
• Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and self-paced sessions.
• Support LMS administration and maintain training records.
• Assist acquisitions and property openings with onboarding and integration.
• Develop and refine training materials with Instructional Designer.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders to align training with business goals.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding for new Property Managers and track progress.
• Travel up to 50% and provide hands‑on coaching on-site.
