Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations through impactful training programs. You will deliver sessions in-person and virtually, manage LMS and course records, and support new acquisitions and property openings with tailored curricula.

You will work with stakeholders to refine materials, coach staff on KPIs, and drive performance across regions, ensuring learning translates into operational success.

Qualifications

• Weeks 2 onboarding and both in-person and virtual training experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS, OnePage or similar CMS is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs via in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Coordinate training scheduling, registrations, and facilities.
• Develop and refine training materials with stakeholders.
• Support acquisitions and new property openings with tailored programs.
• Track training outcomes and provide coaching to staff.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align training with business goals.
